My Cornerstone

My grandfather Pietro is the second from the left on the bottom row of the picture.
Their motto was: a “Citizen of the World” is someone who believes that all inhabitants of the Earth are part of a unique people with rights and common duties, independently of their nationality or citizenship, whose mission is “to prioritise worldwide the commonwealth above any national interests.”
I am convinced that such a thought is still valid today and needed to achieve peace in the world, taking into account a respect for every kind of history and culture.
